9. Return Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days after being received. A return inquire must be sent to contactus@shopsleepingbags.com to receive a return authorization. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and, at the discretion of JM Online Stores, LLC, will be made by Visa gift card or cashiers check. Refund will be issued after products have been received and inspected by a JM Online Stores, LLC member. All shipping will be the customer's responsibility, and no refund is guaranteed.

10. Stock of Product

JM Online Stores, LLC strives to keep www.shopsleepingbags.com updated with items in stock (unless otherwise described), but in some circumstances the information may be incorrect. In the event a product which is purchased is not in stock, you the customer will be contacted via email and will have the option to cancel the order. This option must be exercised within 3 days of placing the initial order or JM Online Stores, LLC will process the order and will ship the out of stock product as soon as it becomes available.
